Every once in a while, you walk into a room and remember exactly why you stepped into this race.
When neighbors show up, when voices are heard, and when students are at the center of the conversation — that’s when real change begins.
A heartfelt thank you to First State Educate for organizing last night’s Brandywine School District Candidate Forum. Your work is helping voters cut through the noise and focus on what matters most: our children’s future.
To the incredible co-sponsors — Delaware PTA, NCBW 100, ACLU of Delaware, CDCC, Coalition for a Safer Delaware, Delaware PTA, Delaware NAACP, Indivisible Highlands and Beyond, and Network Delaware — thank you for standing up for transparency, equity, and strong public schools.
These forums aren’t just campaign stops. They’re a reflection of the values we share as a community — the belief that public education should be excellent, inclusive, and accountable.
Grateful for the conversation. Inspired by the turnout. Ready to keep going.
